Shilpika holds a Guinness World Record for her athletic endeavors, is a recipient of multiple awards for her environmental work, is an international Keynote Speaker & has produced 100m+ viewership documentaries for the discovery channel.

Technology has been a constant theme throughout Shilpika's career. As a computer science Engineer, she worked on Telecom (VoIP) projects in the early 2000s. As a FinTech pioneer in 2005, Shilpika built enterprise payments systems for major Banks & financial intermediaries in Europe, the US, and LATAM. 

Post-MBA, whilst building a series of B2B Sales businesses in Capital markets/investment banking for EMEA & US institutional clients, she helped digitize bank-wide legacy risk-management systems, complex databases & sales CRMs. Most recently, Shilpika worked in early-stage Venture Capital focused on tech companies.

Shilpika's love for building relationships & authentic communication has driven the success of an extensive, multicultural sales career - Products ranging from B2B SaaS to complex, geopolitically sensitive financial structures. Clients ranging from C-level executives at the world's biggest pension funds, asset managers & SWFs to internal stakeholders in globally distributed cross-functional teams. She has a thing for processes, playbooks, and KPIs.

In 2017, Shilpika became the first-ever person to stand up paddle the river Ganges in India from source-to-sea. This Guinness record-breaking, water-pollution focused expedition laid the foundation for a global speaking & writing career and ongoing engagements with national governments and big charities.

Shilpika holds a bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona & University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is fluent in English & Hindi with a reasonable understanding of Spanish.

Born in India and having lived in Spain, the US & the UK, she now lives in Berlin.
